1. The Comparable Property Report ( Report ) is generated and provided by an estate agent and not realestateview.com.au Ltd.

2. The Report is provided in good faith and is intended as a source of information only.  Neither realestateview.com.au Ltd. nor the estate agent providing the Report warrant that the material is reliable, accurate or complete.

3. The Report is not a valuation or an estimate of the property. The Report is only a guide to the likely property value based on past property sales and statistical information. A property's market value is affected by different factors, and cannot be fully assessed without a physical inspection of the property. Customers should not rely on the material provided, including the Report, without making their own independent assessment of the material or getting a valuation prepared by a Qualified Valuer.

4. To the extent legally possible:
(a) realestateview.com.au Ltd. and the real estate agent's liability for all loss or damage suffered or incurred in connection with use of the material provided, including the Report, is excluded. 

(b) All terms, condition, warranties, undertakings or representations of any kind in relation to the material are also excluded.

5. Where liability cannot be excluded, then liability is limited (at realestateview.com.au Ltd. or the real estate agent's option) to either:
(a) the supply of the services again; or
(b) the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.
